My family and I leased an Acura ILX this past weekend. This is our first Acura for the family and our 4th consecutive lease (Hyundai and Volkswagen being the others). I can state, unequivocally that this was by far our best experience. The process was smooth, no games, no back and forth negotiations. We were in and out of the dealership in about 1hr, which was a first and very much appreciated.
Justin Felix is very informative and easy-going. His persona and knowledge of Acura vehicles and vehicles in general is reassuring. Additionally, he gave me the best price I could ask for! I walked in and was helped right away. I was treated with the same great treatment every visit. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends and family. This dealership is not like those larger car dealerships where salesman are pushy and you feel like just another sale. At Park Acura, service is highly specialized and personable. I welcome this experience again for my next purchase!

Second time leasing with this dealership and it's always a great experience. Curt is very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to quickly point out small differences in how our old car and new one worked. In addition, he gave us a great deal but wasn't pushy at all like most car salesmen. The whole leasing process itself was so easy and straightforward, even the license plates and registration were ready to go by the time we picked up the car, and he had already notified our insurance of the change. Definitely get some perks out of releasing with Acura as well - like rollover miles and damage waiver credit. Overall, I'm super happy with the dealership and the product.
